Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective classroom support to primary-aged pupils, both individually and in small groups.

- Collaborate closely with class teachers to implement lesson plans and monitor pupil progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement, contributing to a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain open communication with staff regarding pupil achievements and any emerging challenges.
About You
- Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting primary school children's learning and overall development.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Show a proactive and adaptable approach, thriving within a dynamic educational setting.
- Have an understanding of various learning styles and strategies to support diverse pupil needs.
