Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic and inclusive Science lessons to students across various key stages.
- Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, ensuring curriculum breadth and depth.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Cultivate a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall departmental provision.
- Participate fully in the school's wider co-curricular programme and professional development.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Possess the ability to teach Science effectively across the secondary age range, regardless of your specialism.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering every student's academic and personal growth.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to student engagement.
- Be a passionate advocate for Science, capable of inspiring curiosity and critical thinking.
