Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to primary students with a range of Special Educational Needs, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assist class teachers in adapting learning materials and activities to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies effectively.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages participation and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, external professionals, and families to ensure holistic student development.

About You

  • Possess previous experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering student growth.
