This Senior or Principle Mechanical Design Engineer role is client facing and influential, with the opportunity to act as a key figure within a tight knit, ambitious

• Proven Stage 5 commercial building services design experience
• Capable with design software, familiar with Revit, IES, TAS, and DesignBuilder
• Strong UK building services knowledge
• Ability to attend site visits as required
• Must hold a valid passport and UK driving licence

Lead mechanical coordination within project teams

Deliver mechanical designs to Stage 5 construction-ready standard

Produce coordinated 3D / Revit-based design packages

Conduct site surveys to inform design

Attend construction sites to verify installation and compliance

Liaise with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
