FULL DESCRIPTION

New opportunity: Graduate Project Engineer

Location: Office based in Kent (Commutable only by car to a remote area of Sevenoaks, so drivers a licence is required of applicants)

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch. Full time, Permanent

Start date: ASAP

What will this Graduate Project Engineer role involve?

  • Working alongside experienced BMS Project Managers and BMS Engineers to support the delivery of Building Management System projects from early planning through to completion.
  • Assist with organising and maintaining project information, including tracking progress, updating project schedules, and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Help produce and manage project documentation such as RFIs, site survey reports, progress updates, and programme trackers.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and commissioning information required for site activities.
  • Support the creation of comprehensive Operating & Maintenance manuals upon project completion.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external specialists across electrical, HVAC, and IT disciplines to help coordinate the successful integration of BMS solutions.
  • Attend site visits where required to assist with surveys, installation reviews, commissioning activities, and general project support.
  • Provide support during installation and commissioning phases, helping identify and resolve technical issues alongside the wider engineering team.
