The Role of a Customer Service Representative:
You'll be at the heart of the business, delivering exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships, and supporting day-to-day operations within a collaborative team environment. This is a busy role where you will have communications with internal and external stakeholders and always be ensuring the customer has an exceptional service.
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
- A positive, reliable team player with a passion for customer service
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload effectively
- MUST be willing to travel for the initial 4-week training period
