Plumber - Static Role (Domestic & Commercial Repairs)

Southampton £34,867 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our building services team in a static role based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair work.

The Plumber Role in more detail:

Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and occupants
Maintain accurate records of work completed

Plumber Application Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
All operatives must successfully pass a Basic DBS check
