Civil Engineer (Birmingham)

ROLE OVERVIEW
- Production of drawings, calculations, reports and design documents
- Independently use design software, including AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, Civil 3D, KeySign and Lighting Reality
- Knowledge of the implementation of the designers’ duties as required under CDM
- Follow and contribute to [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] procedures for completing work to the highest standard and adding value to the schemes we deliver
- Coordinate with project engineers, engineering technicians and senior team involved in scheme delivery
- Awareness of design guides and standards
- Liaise with clients and third parties
- Identify and manage risks within your area of responsibility
- Consistently support the successful delivery of projects as part of the team
- Complete site visits to review project constraints and the construction process as required within schemes
HIGH LEVEL TERMS
- Salary: £30,000-40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits package worth around £2,500
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, predominantly from our Birmingham city centre office
