FULL DESCRIPTION

Programme Administrator

Join us as a Programme Administrator and have a hand in giving our MIF (Masters in Finance) students a high-quality learning experience. Make sure students and colleagues receive the best support as you champion customer service and assist the Programme Office Team with data processing and enquiries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a first line contact service to students/participants/stakeholders, responding in a professional and timely manner to address queries or escalate as required to ensure effective resolution.
  • Organise, upload into and monitor systems, databases and records to ensure accurate information sharing and data recording that enables efficient service delivery to students, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.
  • Organise the allocation of resources for stakeholders, programmes and/or activities to optimise the most effective use of resources.

Who we are looking for

  • Confident IT user and competent in use of Microsoft Word and Excel. PowerPoint experience an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • A team player who takes ownership and responsibility for their work
  • Displays a proactive approach to tasks, suggesting improvements and solutions
  • Experience of providing an outstanding level of customer service
