Catering Counter Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Counter Assistant to join our team at one of our Lothian City Garages (35 hours per week, worked 5 days out of 6, Monday – Saturday).

Working as part of our in-house catering team, you will assist with preparing and serving a range of meals and snacks for our employees at our Longstone garage. Your daily tasks will mainly consist of general kitchen duties including:

  • Cleaning
  • Stock rotation/replenishment
  • Serving food
  • Vending
  • Cash handling

What we would like from you:

  • To possess a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • To be punctual and organised
  • To have customers facing experience, although not essential as full training will be given
  • To be a hard-working team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
