FULL DESCRIPTION

Assistant Finished Goods General Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] as assistant to Finished Goods General Manager. You will be integral to the success of the team, supporting the Finished Goods Management team with day-to-day tasks across multiple divisions to ensure the entire business runs smoothly. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who is proactive and has a keen eye for identifying solutions to continue to improve upon our processes and procedures. In return, we will support you to further your development. You will learn and develop your technical skills as well as gain further knowledge of the workings of a leading global manufacturer. If successful, you will complete a three-month probation period.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Supporting the Finished Goods division with day-to-day tasks and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collate and analyse KPI's - for both logistic and manufacturing purposes.
  • Data management within the Microsoft ERP system - D365.
  • Liaise and support with [Employer hidden] depots globally.
  • Process internal and external orders.
  • Monitor and review inventory levels and assist with stock inventory counts.
  • Maintaining swatch production plans, maintaining timelines, creating work sheets etc.
  • Work with design team to source and develop new point of sale requirements.
  • Source new materials/machinery and liaise with suppliers.
  • Place purchase requisitions and receive goods in via purchase orders.
  • Assist with new product creation and price reviews.
  • Provide troubleshooting support within the division.
  • Support with projects and general admin tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • A recent HNC/HND qualification.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Meticulous and detailed orientated.
  • Ability to work methodically, and efficiently within deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
  • Good communication - both verbally and written.
  • Teamwork.
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
