About The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the leadership team at [Employer hidden] Hotel Hampshire. A quintessentially English country estate infused with modern luxury. This pivotal role oversee's the day to day operations of our acclaimed dining outlets, with a strategic focus on elevating guest experience, operational excellence, and team performance.

With a hands on and visionary approach, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will champion our culture of excellence, innovation, and personalised service. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a luxury countryside destination by blending world class hospitality with culinary creativity and operational rigour.

What You Will Do

  • Support The Hotel Manager in managing all F&B operations, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and alignment with [Employer hidden] standards.
  • Lead and inspire our outlet managers and teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive commercial success by identifying and implementing strategies to enhance revenue, manage costs, and maximise efficiency across all F&B outlets.
  • Maintain a strong and visible presence throughout restaurants, bars, and event spaces, actively engaging with guests and nurturing key relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and all relevant operating procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver seamless and elevated experiences for leisure, corporate, and social guests.
  • Contribute to innovation in menus, concepts, and guest experiences, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and exciting.

What You Bring

  • Previous progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong foundation in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Prior experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant Director in a multi outlet hotel or resort.
  • Proven track record of leading high performing teams and delivering commercial success.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and a strong guest centric mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with operational acumen and attention to detail.
  • University degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
