The Role
You'll take ownership of multiple workstreams within a broader transformation programme, helping to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, well-structured, and delivered successfully.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll bring clarity, coordination, and momentum to a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and complexity is the norm.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving Delivery Across Workstreams
Take ownership of several concurrent initiatives, ensuring progress stays on track and aligned to overall programme goals.
Provide clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
Shaping and Structuring Initiatives
Work with senior stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure all activity is aligned with governance processes and strategic priorities.
Connecting Teams and Maintaining Alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is working toward shared outcomes.
Act as a central point of coordination, helping to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
Managing Risk and Complexity
Identify risks and issues early, implement mitigation plans, and escalate where needed.
Bring a structured and proactive approach to handling change in a fast-paced environment.
Tracking Progress and Performance
Monitor delivery through KPIs and provide insight-driven updates to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Supporting Broader Transformation
Contribute to identifying and implementing wider transformation opportunities, helping ensure long-term success as initiatives transition into business-as-usual.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Proven experience delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong track record of managing shifting priorities, timelines, and competing demands
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously
Core Skills
Strong planning and delivery capability, from initial scoping through to execution
Excellent stakeholder engagement, including working with senior audiences
Solid experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure and document workflows and processes
Confident communicator, able to present clearly and effectively
Personal Attributes
Highly organised, with a structured and methodical approach
Collaborative and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
Resilient and composed in high-pressure environments
Adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities and evolving needs

Qualifications (Beneficial, Not Essential)
Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Logistics, Engineering)
Relevant certification in delivery or programme disciplines
Desirable Experience
Experience working across complex portfolios or multidisciplinary teams
Exposure to logistics, operations, or engineering environments
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Visio, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with operational planning, scheduling, or system implementations
