Job description

At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], innovation isn’t just part of our culture — it’s in our DNA. Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co‑founder, Theo Duchen, who—together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald—set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start‑up beginnings, [Employer hidden] has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry.

Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers, and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines.

Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026 [Employer hidden] combines the agility and innovation of a start‑up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You’ll join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed‑rated organisation, we focus on creating long-term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.

Day to day you will:

  • Drive sales activity and strategy by identifying and managing prospects, contributing to sales strategy development, and proactively balancing outreach, demos, and follow‑up tasks.
  • Lead customer engagement through in-person and virtual presentations, demonstrations of the [Employer hidden] platform, negotiations on technical and commercial terms, and representing [Employer hidden] at industry events.
  • Maintain strong product and CRM expertise by developing deep knowledge of the [Employer hidden] system for detailed demos and keeping an accurate, comprehensive CRM database of prospective customers.

We offer structured development, clear progression, and genuine ownership — whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy, or mentoring others. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly.

You can expect:

  • A transparent progression structure, regular feedback, and annual performance reviews.
  • Opportunities to lead cross-functional projects, influence product direction, and support the growth of junior team members.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to industry‑recognised training.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Bring proven sales expertise and deep industry insight, with a strong understanding of insurance operations, a consistent record of winning new business, and the ability to build and manage a high-quality pipeline through sharp negotiation and commercial communication.
  • Excel at engaging customers and showcasing solutions, confidently presenting to clients, delivering compelling software demonstrations, and representing the business effectively at meetings, events, and networking opportunities to create and convert commercial leads.
  • Operate with independence, organisation, and adaptability, proactively managing your workload, maintaining strong Microsoft 365 skills, learning new systems quickly (ideally including [Employer hidden]), and staying flexible for nationwide travel with a full UK driving licence.

Ready to use your expertise to help shape the future of insurance technology? Join [Employer hidden] and take on a role where your impact is immediate, your ideas matter, and your progression is limitless.
