Job Description

Within the classroom, Teaching Assistants contribute to a positive and well-organised learning environment. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Provides classroom-based support during lessons.

Delivers small group or individual interventions.

Supports classroom organisation and resources.

Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
