A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential. Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons. Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly. Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
