Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential. Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons. Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly. Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience within a secondary school - Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Teaching Qualification - Be able to demonstrate recent classroom experience and strong behaviour management skills - Be dedicated to raising standards and be a good role model - Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons to promote growth and nurture
