The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential. Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons. Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly. Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

- Proven experience in EYFS settings - A strong background in SEND support - Prior classroom experience, particularly in primary education
