      About the School

Located in Worcestershire (WR5), this SEND school holds a secure Ofsted Good rating and is known for its communication-focused, autism-informed approach. The environment is calm, predictable, and carefully structured to reduce sensory overload while promoting meaningful engagement.

Classrooms use visual timetables, communication stations, and personalised learning pathways that help pupils feel secure and understood. Staff work with speech and language therapists, behaviour specialists, and occupational therapists to create a holistic support network for pupils with complex communication profiles.

The leadership team prioritises specialist training and reflective practice, ensuring support staff feel confident and valued in their roles. Staff describe the school as supportive, collaborative, and deeply rewarding — a place where small improvements are recognised as significant achievements for each individual pupil.
