Job Description

Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

  • Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
  • Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
  • Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience in both Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.
  • Adaptable Educator: Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in tailoring teaching approaches to different age groups.
  • Student-Centred Approach: Prioritise the individual needs and development of each student.
  • DBS Ready: Enhanced DBS check in hand, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
