Job Description
Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential. Supports daily school routines and operations. Works collaboratively with staff and pupils. Mantains professional and safeguarding standards. Adapts to the needs of the school environment.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs
- A calm, patient, and confident approach
- Understanding of de-escalation techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
