£16,000 - £18,000 per annum

Job Description

Within the classroom, Teaching Assistants contribute to a positive and well-organised learning environment. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities. Provides classroom-based support during lessons. Delivers small group or individual interventions. Supports classroom organisation and resources. Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • An Enhanced DBS check, because creating a safe space is our top priority.
  • Previous experience within a school, showcasing your commitment to early childhood education.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching/education qualification – your passion for shaping young minds is what sets you apart.
