Job Description

Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential. Supports daily school routines and operations. Works collaboratively with staff and pupils. Maintains professional and safeguarding standards. Adapts to the needs of the school environment.

Administrative Experience:

  • You have previous experience working in a school office or a similar administrative role and are confident using databases.
  • Familiarity with SIMS or another Management Information System (MIS) is a plus.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills:

  • You have a warm and patient demeanour when interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • You thrive on multitasking and enjoy problem-solving in dynamic situations.

Strong IT Skills:

  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eager to learn new systems.
  • You type accurately and are skilled at identifying missing information in forms or registers.

Attention to Detail:

  • You have a keen eye for accuracy in data entry, filing, and communications.
  • You can manage routine tasks without losing track of important details.

  • Working closely with teaching staff and leaders, you maintain a positive, can-do mindset
