Job Description
Across the school day, staff in this role help maintain routines and professional standards. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential. Supports daily school routines and operations. Works collaboratively with staff and pupils. Maintains professional and safeguarding standards. Adapts to the needs of the school environment.

- Experience working with young people in education, youth work or support roles Confident managing behaviour calmly and respectfully - Able to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries - A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting secondary pupils
