Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Provides classroom-based support during lessons. Delivers small group or individual interventions. Supports classroom organisation and resources. Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

  • Bring your empathy, adaptability, and commitment to supporting the diverse needs of an individual student.
  • Experience in providing 1:1 support to students with SEND is preferred.
  • An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for the safety and security of our students.
