About the School

This well-established primary in the heart of Coventry has built its reputation on stability, warmth, and high expectations for every child. Staff describe the school as a place where inclusion is genuinely lived rather than spoken about, and where adults are encouraged to bring their whole selves to the role. The school places a strong emphasis on relational practice, creating predictable routines that help children feel safe, settled, and ready to learn. Leaders are visible, approachable, and deeply invested in professional development. Their pastoral structure is strong, with a SENDCo and Behaviour Lead who work shoulder-to-shoulder with classroom teams to ensure no child slips through the gaps. This is a school that welcomes new ideas, values teamwork, and celebrates small wins. It’s a setting where a Behaviour Buddy can make a tangible impact on children’s day-to-day readiness for learning.
