The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential. Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons. Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly. Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

- Proven EYFS experience - Background in SEND support, ideally Autism Classroom - Experience with young children
