Science is one of their strongest departments, benefitting from modern labs, funded enrichment, and cross-curricular innovation. Behaviour standards are high, but the culture isn’t authoritarian—it’s built on pupil respect, consistency, and proactive intervention. The school’s leadership team invests heavily in staff retention through mentoring, workload management, and internal progression.
