Strong communication, patience, and consistency are essential, alongside a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. Supports pupils with SEND in lessons and structured interventions. Works closely with teachers to adapt learning activities. Promotes confidence, independence, and positive behaviour. Maintains safeguarding, care, and wellbeing standards.
