A welcoming Primary school in Birmingham is seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils as they move through the later stages of Primary education. You’ll work with children who are developing independence but still benefit from clear guidance, reassurance, and structured support during lessons. Your role will include providing in-class assistance, supporting small-group activities, and helping pupils break down more complex tasks into manageable steps. Some pupils may struggle with sustained focus or confidence; others benefit from encouragement to persevere and apply skills independently.
