Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support for a pupil with visual impairment at Seva School Coventry. You will help the child engage with the curriculum, develop independence, and feel confident and included throughout the school day. Provide focused 1:1 support for a partially sighted pupil. Assist with classroom activities, ensuring accessibility and adaptation where needed. Support learning, behaviour, and confidence in a structured environment. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement personalised strategies. Help maintain a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning space.

  • Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant — essential.
