This role suits someone patient, reflective, and motivated by helping pupils feel capable and supported in their learning journey. Provide learning-focused mentoring and support. Support pupils with engagement, confidence, and organisation. Offer calm guidance during lessons and transitions. Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND teams.
