KS2 Teaching Assistant

A Primary school in Oxfordshire is seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils during core lessons and group activities. You’ll help pupils stay focused, understand tasks, and develop independent learning habits. Some may need reassurance; others benefit from structured prompts and modelling. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll create a calm learning environment that supports progress and confidence. Support pupils during lessons and group tasks. Assist with literacy and numeracy activities. Encourage independence and sustained focus. Work with teachers to maintain routines.
