Job Description
A SEND-friendly Primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a SEND Support Assistant to help pupils who benefit from visual prompts, calm reassurance, and steady guidance. You’ll support 1:1 sessions, small-group activities, and in-class learning, focusing on communication, regulation, and understanding instructions. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils stay settled, engaged, and able to take part in lessons at their own pace.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
- Use visuals and modelling to guide learning.
- Support regulation and transitions.
