Job Description
A SEND school in Coventry is seeking a Safeguarding Manager to oversee safeguarding processes, risk assessments, and wellbeing pathways. You’ll coordinate referrals, support staff with concerns, and maintain clear documentation. Some pupils require multi-agency involvement; others need early intervention and strong pastoral links. Working closely with senior leaders and external professionals, you’ll help ensure the school provides a safe, responsive environment for every learner. Lead safeguarding procedures and referrals.
