Job Description
A Secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a Behaviour & Engagement Manager to lead behaviour systems, pupil engagement routines, and targeted support. You’ll coordinate interventions, guide staff, and support reintegration after incidents. Some pupils need structure; others need relational, calm communication. Working with leaders and pastoral staff, you’ll help create a safe, predictable environment where pupils feel supported and ready to engage. Oversee behaviour and engagement systems. Lead targeted behaviour interventions. Support reintegration and restorative practice. Coach and guide staff.
