Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. You will support learners with SEND and challenging behaviours, helping them access the curriculum and achieve confidence and success. Provide focused 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND. Assist with learning activities and differentiated classroom tasks. Support pupils with challenging behaviours using effective strategies. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement individualised support plans. Help maintain a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment.
