Job Description

A Primary school in Oxfordshire is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support young learners with routines, communication, and early literacy. You’ll help with play-based learning, model tasks, and guide pupils during busy transitions. Some children need reassurance; others need structure and visual prompts. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a warm, organised environment where children feel safe and curious.
