Job Description

We’re looking for a qualified SENDCo with NASENCO accreditation to oversee and develop SEND provision. You’ll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child with additional needs receives tailored support and access to learning. This is an exciting opportunity to drive whole-school improvement in SEND strategy and practice. Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school Support teachers with EHCPs, differentiation, and behaviour plans Liaise with external services and families Monitor progress and ensure statutory compliance

Desired Experience + Qualifications

- Qualified teacher status with NASENCO (essential) - Proven SENDCo or SEN leadership experience - Excellent communication and planning skills - Commitment to inclusive education and high standards
