Job Description
A Secondary school in Solihull is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need calm routines, clear expectations, and consistent encouragement. You’ll run short 1:1 sessions, assist with regulation, and guide pupils during challenging moments. Some need reassurance; others need structured prompts to stay settled. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning.
Provide 1:1 behaviour mentoring.
Support regulation and routines.
Assist during lessons and transitions.
Work closely with pastoral and teaching teams.
