A Primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need structure, reassurance, and predictable routines. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence, guide regulation, and help pupils re-engage after difficult moments. Some children need gentle prompts; others need clear steps to stay focused. Working with teachers, you’ll help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
Job Description
Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour mentoring. Support emotional regulation and confidence. Assist with routines and transitions. Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
