We’re seeking a compassionate and confident Pastoral Advisor to work with students in a supportive alternative provision setting. The role involves daily check-ins, de-escalation, reflective conversations, and close collaboration with staff and families. You'll play a vital role in creating a stable and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive emotionally and academically. Provide 1:1 and small group pastoral support Deliver emotional wellbeing interventions Assist with behavioural regulation and crisis management Maintain clear communication with staff, parents, and agencies

Desired Experience + Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable or at-risk students
• Strong emotional intelligence and behaviour management
• Background in education, care or youth work
• Calm, resilient, and reflective approach
