A Primary school in Birmingham North is seeking a Classroom Wellbeing Partner to support pupils who benefit from emotional reassurance and structured routines. You’ll provide gentle guidance during lessons, help with transitions, and support pupils through tricky moments. Some pupils need calm prompts; others need step-by-step help. Working alongside teachers, you’ll help create a steady, supportive environment where pupils feel safe and able to engage.
Job Description
Support emotional wellbeing in class. Provide 1:1 guidance and check-ins. Assist with routines and focus. Work with teachers and pastoral staff.
