This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a nurturing approach and experience supporting learning in a primary setting.
- Support SEND pupils in-class and during interventions
- Use individual strategies to promote learning and behaviour
- Collaborate with SENCO and class teachers on pupil progress
- Foster a calm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience working with SEND in a school or care setting
- Strong communication and adaptability
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Commitment to inclusive education
