FULL DESCRIPTION

A Primary school in Birmingham North is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to guide pupils who need help with focus, organisation, and confidence. You’ll offer short 1:1 sessions, in-class support, and gentle guidance during transitions. Some pupils require reassurance; others benefit from structured prompts. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help pupils feel secure, motivated, and ready to engage in learning each day.

Job Description
