A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee pupils during the midday break. This role is ideal for someone with classroom and SEND experience who can support children positively during less structured parts of the school day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch and outdoor play
- Support pupils with SEND needs during unstructured times
- Promote positive behaviour and safe play
- Help pupils with transitions between lunch and classroom activities
- Work closely with teaching and support staff to maintain consistency
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Calm, patient, and approachable manner
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
