Job Description
A SEND school in Worcestershire is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to help pupils who benefit from clear routines, visual prompts, and sensory-aware approaches. You’ll provide 1:1 guidance, model tasks, and support transitions. Some pupils need step-by-step reassurance; others need space and predictability. Working with teachers and therapists, you’ll help pupils communicate confidently, regulate emotions, and access learning at a pace that works for them.
- Provide 1:1 autism-specific support.
