SEND Support Assistant
A Primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a SEND Support Assistant to help pupils who benefit from structured routines, visual support, and calm reassurance. You’ll guide pupils 1:1, adapt tasks, and help them manage transitions throughout the day. Some children need confidence; others need step-by-step modelling. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help create a predictable, nurturing environment where pupils feel understood and able to take part in learning. Provide 1:1 SEND support in class. Use visuals and structured prompts. Assist with transitions and routines. Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff.
