Job Description

A Primary school in North Worcestershire is seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need reassurance, structure, and guidance with early literacy and numeracy. You’ll provide 1:1 and group support, model tasks clearly, and help pupils stay focused during busy classroom moments. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a calm, encouraging environment where young learners feel confident and ready to take part.

  • Support KS1 pupils in lessons and small groups.
  • Assist with phonics, early reading, and numeracy.
