KS1 Teaching Assistant

£23,500 – £26,500 per annum
Job Description
You’ll support pupils across Key Stage 1, helping them stay engaged with lessons and develop confidence in early literacy and numeracy. You’ll work with small groups and individuals, reinforce routines, and assist the teacher in delivering structured learning activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support KS1 pupils during lessons and activities.
- Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy support.
- Reinforce classroom routines and expectations.
- Assist with preparation of learning materials.
